I have transformed my life over the last few years. It seems like a lifetime ago when I think of the woman I was before. Her life was very different than the life I live today and now looking back she seems like a stranger. Transformation is a process and takes time, but simple decisions can have a life changing impact. The decision to go to that yoga class, to read that book, or to take that trip.
