 Change is scary.Scary AF,But without change, without transformation,We stay stuck and stagnant.We don’t evolve.And evolving is in our nature.4+ years ago I created a Facebook page called FLY Living as an outlet to share my journey and inspire you on yours.It evolved into a blog and then eventually my coaching business,But the day has come for me to say goodbye to her.Goodbye to FLY Living.It’s bittersweet.It feels like giving up my first creative baby.But I know it’s time to evolve.To let her go.To move past the constraints of what I feel like I can create with her.It’s time for me to step into my truth in a bolder, braver, more authentic way,So I’m saying goodbye to @beflyliving,And hello to @em_atkinsonMoving forward I’ll be rebranding using my name.I’ve been debating this for sometime,And now is the time.This shift feels good, really fucking good.It feels expansive and limitless.I’m stoked and grateful to have you with me on this new journey.But like all change there are growing pains.And I ask for your patience and #sisterhood during this time.Instead of a big rebranding,I’ve decided to slowly shift over.To evolve slowly.I rarely find that change is smooth.It’s a learning curve and often slow.So instead of “tah dah” here’s my shiny new website and total make over, I’ll be embracing the messy in between.And sometimes the messy in between is just as fucking beautiful.Thank you for being with me through this process,For being a part of my tribe and allowing me to share my messy in between.Here are a few things you can expect:My Instagram just changed from @beflyliving to @em_atkinsonMy FB Page will be changing to Em Atkinson, too. (Thanks #mercuryretrograde for the fuck up in that department...lol!
