Happy 2019 my dearest soul sister,If you’ve been following me for sometime you’ve often heard me say that this journey is not easy and 2018 was a testament to that! 2018 was one of the hardest and most magical years of my life.
It tested my strength, courage and will power. There were many times I wanted to give up. Throw in the towel. Say fuck it and conform to the norm.
I began the year in the aftermaths of a breakup which felt more like a mini divorce. Walking away from someone you love is never easy, add in moving, separating fur children, and saying goodbye to the life you co-created. I got down and dirty with my darkest fears. And up close and personal with my sacred core wound. I continuously pushed myself outside of comfort zone and reached new heights in my business. I met amazing new soul sisters and spent hours sitting in circle healing the sisterhood wound. At the same time, I met the darkside of sisterhood through verbally abusive emails and nasty comments on social media. I created and am currently leading the first round of, The Revolutionary Woman, aka my heart and soul, and the journey I’m meant to guide women on. I reclaimed my power by learning to live in sync with the moon and my menstrual cycle. I cried, danced, and shed layer, after layer of false identity.
And in the midst of all the intense healing, heartbreak and moments of happiness, I’ve become more me than I have ever been before.
Yes, indeed a magical year! AND I’m thankful it’s over! I don’t know what 2019 will bring. But I can tell you this, I can’t wait to see who I become in the next year. What about you sister?
