The sacred bond of sisterhood.
Months ago a vision came to me. A vision of a world where women RISE together in sisterhood. Where we cherish and honor the sacred bond of the divine feminine. Where we fiercely have each other's backs and know when women come together the ground will shake and the world will be transformed.
This vision is what sparked the idea behind Gathering of Goddesses which took place on Sunday, June 24th in my hometown of Pacifica, California.
In 2009 the Dalai Lama said, “the world will be saved by the western woman.”
I never fully understood this until Gathering of Goddesses. I’ve been bringing women together in workshops for sometime, but have never witnessed so many women feeling free, alive, SEEN and radiant, and in such a short amount of time.
It only took 4 hours to go from strangers to sisters.
The Gathering of Goddesses is a day I will cherish forever. The next one is already in the works!This day has opened my eyes to how much this work is needed. Women’s work. Healing the sisterhood wound. The witch wound. And bringing women together.
Of this I am sure, when women come together the world will be transformed. Sisterhood is THE key to changing the world.
