There’s a reason I chose to be a Capricorn in this lifetime. I’m here to help you remember who you are, reconnect with your soul purpose, and bring your sacred work into the world. I blend strategy and soul, intuition and action, to help you move from stuck to authentic alignment.

But more than that—I’ve been there. 

I did everything I thought I was supposed to do. College. Career. Climbing the ladder. And then one day I found myself staring out the window of my soul-sucking job thinking, “Is this it?”

Spoiler alert: It wasn’t.

There was more and I’ve spent the past decade helping women like you find it, too. Through women’s circles, private coaching, and group programs, I’ve guided hundreds of women to remember who they truly are beneath the conditioning, reclaim their purpose, and rise into the sacred work they were born to do.

Soul Clarity Session

For the woman who’s ready for a reset, a breakthrough, or a soul-deep reality check.

You don’t need a five-year plan. You need a moment of truth. A chance to pause, zoom out, and remember who you are and what really matters. This one-off session is like a deep exhale for your soul.

In this 90-minute session, we’ll use a powerful life coaching tool called the Wheel of Life to explore every area of your life. Together, we’ll uncover what’s working, what’s not, and what your soul is truly craving, so you can get clear on where you are and where you’re being called to go.

Whether you’re at a crossroads, craving clarity, or just feeling stuck, this session is a sacred space to realign with your truth and take grounded, inspired action.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A fresh perspective on your life as a whole

  • Insight into what’s been holding you back

  • Aligned next steps to move forward with confidence

  • The option to continue coaching if it feels like a full-body yes

How it works: We meet once for a 90-minute session via Zoom or phone. You’ll receive a recap and reflection questions afterward to help integrate the session.

Investment: $295

Soul Clarity Sessions are perfect as a one-time reset or an entry point into deeper coaching work.

Soul Purpose Coaching

For the woman who knows there’s something more but she’s just not sure what it is yet.

You’re not lost. You’ve just been disconnected from your truest self.

Soul Purpose Coaching is where you begin the journey back to you—the woman you were before the world told you who to be. Together, we’ll peel back the layers of conditioning, and reconnect with your inner wisdom, and remember what truly lights you up.

We’ll explore your values, your gifts, your desires—and uncover the deeper why you’ve been craving.

By the end of our time together, you’ll feel more like you than you have in years—clear, confident, and grounded in a vision for what’s next. Whether that’s a shift in your life, your work, or the woman you’re becoming.

How it works: We meet twice a month for 75-minute sessions—either by phone or Zoom, depending on what feels best for you. Between sessions, you’ll have access to light support via Voxer.

Investment: $395/month with a 4-month commitment to begin.
